Larkspur Mobility LLC runs non-emergency medical transportation across south-east Ohio. We are not a rideshare with a ramp bolted on — every driver, vehicle and process here exists for medical passengers.
Why we started
Non-emergency medical transportation is one of the most under-served sectors in healthcare. People miss dialysis because nobody could take them. Discharges get delayed because there is no ride home. A daughter three states away has no way of knowing whether her mother made it to the clinic.
Larkspur Mobility exists for those trips. We built the fleet, the training and the dispatch around the appointments that repeat — and around the families who need to know the trip actually happened.
We are a family-owned and operated business, and we treat our clients like part of our own family. We are not an ambulance service — for a life-threatening emergency, call 911.
