SitePair Sync
One design, kept in step across two languages.
The problem
Running a website in two languages usually means building every page twice, then keeping both copies in step by hand. One edit gets missed, and the sites quietly drift apart.
The solution
I manage a bilingual WordPress site, so I built SitePair Sync to carry the work across instead. It pairs a source site with a receiver site and sends supported pages, layouts, images, and your own reviewed translations from one to the other. It does not write the translation for you; you supply the wording.
What happens on delivery
- Images per delivery
- 10 max
- Size per delivery
- 25 MB
- Temporary failures
- Retried
- Receiver edited by hand
- Flagged
Repeated saves are combined. A change made directly on the receiver goes to review instead of being overwritten.
The workflow
Install the connector on both sites, choose the source and the receiver, set the language pair, and pair the pages that already exist.
Enter the target wording beside the Elementor controls or the regular WordPress fields. A normal save on the source queues the supported changes for delivery.
Images are checked before transfer, up to ten changed images and twenty-five megabytes per delivery. A persistent outbox retries temporary failures and combines repeated saves.
If someone edits the receiver on their own, that change is flagged as a conflict for review, not silently overwritten. Sync is one way, and it is a beta meant for a staging trial first.
A conversation is a good place to start.
Let’s talk about
the work.
