DealProof

Catch it before your customer does

The problem

A promotion can look ready while its offer price contradicts the discount, its stock is short, or its downstream channels disagree. Those details need a visible review before the launch decision.

The solution

I built DealProof to bring promotion QA into one workspace: source values, discount calculations, margin, stock, channel comparisons, and the person responsible for each review. A price mismatch should be caught before a customer catches it.

The workflow

Capture the source. Record the item, offer, dates, and approved reference.

Run the checks. Recalculate the price and margin, then compare stock and downstream channels.

Resolve the issue. Give the finding an owner, correct the source values, and run the checks again.

Review the decision. Keep the evidence visible for the team’s final approval process.

How the checks connect

One offer feeds three checks. I keep the findings connected to the source values and the person responsible, so a correction can go back through the same review.

How DealProof connects an offer to a review decisionAn offer supplies pricing, inventory, and channel checks. Their findings go to an owner for correction and rechecking, then to a review decision. A return path connects corrections to the offer. From offer to review decision

Follow the offer from its source values to the review decision.

01 → SOURCEStart with the offer

Item, regular price, offer price, discount, dates, and the approved reference belong together.

02 → CHECKCompare the numbers

Recalculate the discount and margin. Check inventory and compare the offer across channels.

03 → RESOLVEGive the issue an owner

Keep the finding attached to the offer. Correct the source values, then run the checks again.

04 → REVIEWMake the decision

Review the findings and evidence together before making the launch decision.

OFFER DATA
