Sec. 04 — Catalog & plan
A 152-product store carrying dead weight
It shows up in search, Rebuy recommendations and crawl.
Published but unbuyable
Mother's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Dry Jan — live products a shopper can land on but not buy.
Same bundle, three URLs
The 18-pack under three handles; two “Sober Tober” 30-can boxes at $75 and $93.75; a $0.00 tote.
Indexed
/pages/test-1 (“test”, HTTP 200), /pages/testing-payments-faheem and /pages/research-old sit in the sitemap.
Someone else's Organization
The homepage Organization JSON-LD describes an unrelated home-protection business — not Moment.
Evidence: products.json?limit=250 (152 products, 43 sold-out, 807/807 images without alt, 84 empty product_type); sitemap_pages_1.xml; homepage JSON-LD
First six weeks
Truth
- One review system live on every PDP
- Valid Product + Organization schema
- Restore /pages/reviews
Offers
- Match subscribe price to the promise (or the reverse)
- Merge duplicate 18-packs
- Unpublish 43 sold-out products; retire test pages
Test
- PDP / landing-page test calendar in GA4
- Popup + offer hypotheses with sample-size notes
- Weekly reporting across DTC + Amazon
Method & scope
Public data pulled Sep 19, 2026: two PDP sources, the footer Reviews redirect, homepage subscription copy vs selling-plan prices, /products.json, the page sitemap, and the homepage Organization JSON-LD. The fixed PDP and price toggle are design prototypes; the real fix runs against the live theme and one chosen review app. Klaviyo is new to me (Mailchimp isn't) — a week's ramp, not a gap in the work.
