Readiness before reach.

Nothing here needs a new tool. It needs one owner per date, one master block per campaign, and a check that runs per state version.

Week 1

Take down, fix, template

  • Replace the Labor Day hero on all seven state deals pages; archive the rules at a real URL
  • One master legal block with state slots (warning, eligibility, address) — CT date and KY rules fixed by construction
  • Rename shopper-facing specials that carry internal codes (“MO CF – …”)
Weeks 2–3

Rollout sheet + readiness grid

  • One row per promo per state: dates, take-down owner, stores, depth, legal block ID, CTA
  • Readiness grid (page 02) run at launch and at take-down
  • Market-level promo depth written into the rollout plan; exceptions named
Week 4

Weekly escalation & KPI

  • Weekly promo report: live vs planned, expired-still-live, per-state copy drift
  • Store-launch checklist: status on all three surfaces, meta, LocalBusiness schema, menu slug
  • Store count reconciled across highprofilecannabis.com and c3industries.com

What I'd want to know first

Who owns the WordPress deals pages versus the menu specials — they're two systems and the expiry problem lives in the gap. Whether Missouri promo depth is set per store on purpose (a new store, aged stock) or rolled out once and edited locally. Which legal copy each state's compliance team has already approved, so the master block starts from their text, not mine. And I'd want the out-of-home and print calendar in the same sheet — I haven't bought that media, but I can make sure it launches on the same dates as the web version.
