The Labor Day promo is still live in seven states.
A multi-state chain lives or dies on rollout readiness: one promo, one plan, every state version right on launch day and gone on take-down day. So I read highprofilecannabis.com the way a retail-marketing ops lead would: one campaign, seven state versions, three stores in one market — and marked each item the way a launch board would.
The board
Six items, sorted the way a Monday stand-up would sort them. Each names the check in the Deals Operating System that stops it before it ships.

Expired giveaway on every state deals page
Hero “Summer's last pull. Fire up for the long weekend.” and “Win a $500+ Adventure Weekend! … August 27 through September 7” are still the lead on all seven /new-upcoming-deals/ pages. Fine print: “Contest runs 8/27/26 to 9/7/26. Drawing 9/11/2026.” These are the only deals pages in the sitemap — /deals/ is a 404.
Connecticut's drawing date is before the contest starts
CT fine print: “Drawing 8/11/26.” MI, MO, IL and NJ say 9/11/26. One pasted legal block, one wrong digit, in the state that regulates it.

KY (“Win $250 in High Rollers Points”, 1 entry per visit) carries only “Must be opted in to text OR email notifications.” — no NO PURCHASE NECESSARY, no dates, no state warning. Every other state has both.

Same SKU, same $35 reg, three promo depths
Galactic Orange Yuzu 1:1 Gummies 300mg (POS SKU 79530692): St Louis $21 (“Flash Sale – 40% Off”), Chesterfield $24.50 (30%), Branson $24.50 (30%). St Louis and Branson also attach “20% Off Galactic 300mg Gummies”; Chesterfield doesn't. Chesterfield's Doomsday pre-roll carries a special literally named “MO CF – 25% Off Galactic & Plume 1g Pre-Rolls” — an internal code, shopper-facing.

IL eligibility: text or email; MI/MO/CT/NJ/MA: text and email. MA prize list: “Camino Y.ETI Cooler” and “3 winner statewide”. CTA on the giveaway tiles: MI “Shop to enter” vs MO/CT/IL/NJ “Shop now to enter”. Alternate-entry line on every state: “mail to [4420 Varsity Dr, Ann Arbor, MI 48108]” — brackets left in, and “See full rules at highprofilecannabis.com” links nowhere.

Store status and count disagree across surfaces
Manchester, CT: homepage grid says “Coming Soon”; the store selector on the same page says “Shop Now”; the store page shows hours and 312 live SKUs. Lexington, KY's shop links point to /stores/c3-industries-ky-sandbox (404). Store count: 35 in the site selector, “32 Locations” on c3industries.com, “31 operating stores across six states” on /retail/ — followed by a list of seven states. Four newest stores launched with no meta description and no LocalBusiness schema.
What's working
State compliance lines are present and correctly different per market — Michigan's Poison Control line, Missouri's “Medical decisions should not be made based on advertising”, Massachusetts' CCC language, New Jersey's licensing line. That's the hard part of multi-state promo copy, and it's done. Regular prices on the house brands are consistent across the three Missouri stores for 204 identical SKUs; the drift is in promo depth, which is a rollout decision, not a data error. And every Missouri product page server-renders its full price and special data, which is what made this review checkable at all.
Method & scope
Public pages only, Sep 20, 2026: the seven state deals pages, 35 location pages, sitemaps, c3industries.com, and product pages for St Louis, Chesterfield and Branson (Missouri) plus Kalamazoo, Webberville, Buchanan, Grand Rapids 44th, Dorchester and Manchester menus via the site's own menu endpoint. Specials carry no start/end dates in the menu data, so expiry on menus couldn't be checked — only the WordPress deals pages expose dates. Cross-state price differences (MA vs MO) are expected and not counted. I haven't checked a cart.
What I bring, plainly. Six years of promotion calendars, catalog pricing and campaign pages for two Michigan wholesalers, and the QA system this review runs on. I haven't bought out-of-home or print media; this review is about digital rollout readiness, and that's the work I'm asking to do.
