Sec. 01 — Overview · for the Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist role

Nearly 800 front doors. Every one should open.

This role creates and maintains the franchise location pages across six brands. So I checked them. A ComForCare page is a template — live, indexed, with a 555 phone number. A Birmingham page's schema address disagrees with its footer. Next Day Access's robots.txt points Google to a dead staging sitemap, and a Pittsburgh page's call link is an unrendered shortcode. Here's the scanner I'd run across all of them.

1-555
phone number on a live, indexed template microsite
2

Why it matters

Location pages are the leads

For a franchisor, the local page is where a family calls a home-care office. A dead tel: link or a wrong address loses that call.

What I found

Four defect types

Indexed placeholders, NAP conflicts, a dead sitemap reference and an unrendered CTA — across three of the brands.

What I'd build

A location-health scanner

One crawl, every location, every brand — scored on NAP, schema, tel: links, placeholders and indexability.
