Sec. 03 — The prototype

This is how I'd run the fixes: pick a defect class, see a real example become its fixed form, and clear the class. The board is live — select a class on the left. It's a prototype of the workflow, built on the examples in the findings.

Prototype — the diffs and counts are from the audit sample; the full-catalog run is deliverable #1.
