Shipping is done. Ready is the other half.
A launch isn't finished when it ships; it's finished when every team is ready and every customer-facing surface says the same thing. So I read Dutchie's launches from the outside — release notes, monthly updates, help center, status page — and checked whether every surface told the same story on the same day.
Six launch-board items
One feature, three states on three official surfaces
The Aug 27 release note says chain admins “now have a single Mobile App area”; the September monthly update leads with it as shipped. The help article both link to is still titled “Coming soon: Configure and customize the Mobile App tab in Chain Admin” — and was edited on Sep 11, two weeks after GA, without the title changing.

Aug 2025, CTO: supporting legacy Plus customers “through the end of 2026.” On Sep 10, 2026, a release note ships new Plus API support with no sunset reminder; the status page lists Plus as a live component; no public deprecation page was found. Third-party agencies now publish the “Dutchie Plus sunset” guides.

“Coming Soon: Configure and use Scan to Redeem” was created July 10. It isn't in any Aug–Sep release note I checked. Either it slipped or it shipped without an announcement; the public record can't say which — which is the problem a launch board exists to prevent.

Release notes ship every Thursday, one POS and one E-Commerce entry, without fail — that's a real operating rhythm. Monthly updates have run every month of 2026. All 58 business-site nav links return 200. And the early-access pattern for Dutchie MCP — a help article live before GA — is exactly the pattern the other launches are missing. The gap isn't process; it's that no single check confirms every surface flipped together.
Method & scope
Public sources only, Sep 20, 2026: updates.dutchie.com (page 1, Aug 13–Sep 17), the monthly-update index, the help center's public search API and Product Announcements category, status.dutchie.com (incident titles from the page's embedded data) and the Aug 2025 Plus post. developers.dutchie.com didn't resolve for me, so absence of a Plus deprecation page is “not found publicly”, not proven absent. I didn't check social channels.
What I bring, plainly. Six years of running retail platform launches and migrations end to end — two storefronts in parallel, 14,000-SKU moves with redirect maps, seasonal launches across teams. I haven't held a SaaS program-manager title; I built the gate on the next page because that's how I already work, and I'd rather you judge the gate than the title.
