Vehicle availability and rates differ by zone.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Zone 1 \u2014 within 20 miles.<\/strong> Ambulatory and wheelchair-accessible services available. Standard rates.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zone 2 \u2014 beyond 20 miles.<\/strong> Wheelchair-accessible vehicles only. Increased rates apply to account for travel time and dead miles.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zone 3 \u2014 long distance.<\/strong> Specialty rates, quoted per trip. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles only.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>Quotes and dynamic pricing<\/h2>\n<p>Final quotes are influenced by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Time of day.<\/strong> Peak hours may incur higher rates.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Traffic conditions.<\/strong> Real-time congestion data is factored into the quote.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zone adjustments.<\/strong> The zone the trip starts and ends in, and any dead miles on a one-way return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You are shown the quote before the booking is confirmed. We do not adjust a confirmed price after the trip except where the trip itself changed \u2014 a different destination, an added stop, or a longer wait than agreed.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Cancellation policy<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>24 hours or more notice:<\/strong> no penalty.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Within 24 hours:<\/strong> a flat <strong>$40.00 cancellation fee<\/strong>, regardless of the service zone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>No-show policy<\/h2>\n<p>If the passenger is not present within 15 minutes of the driver's arrival, the client will be charged the minimum service charge applicable to their specific zone.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Passenger safety and conduct<\/h2>\n<p>Drivers provide curb-to-curb or door-to-door assistance as booked. For everyone's safety and privacy, drivers cannot enter a private residence beyond the foyer.<\/p>\n<p>For return trips from a medical appointment, please notify dispatch approximately 15 minutes before you are ready to be collected so we can route a vehicle to you.<\/p>\n\n<h2>Payment<\/h2>\n<p>We accept debit and credit cards, checks, and insurance invoicing.
